Shipping costs

We deliver insured via DHL or Deutsche Post to all European countries. Shipping to DHL Packstations is possible.

Minimum order value EUR 15.00 including 19% VAT.

The shipping fee within Germany is EUR 2.99 including 19% VAT.

The shipping costs to other European countries are EUR 14.90 including 19% VAT, to non-EU countries EUR 16.90 including 19% VAT and to all other countries EUR 19.90 including 19% VAT. 

Orders from Germany by fax or e-mail are processed with a minimum order value of 100 EUR, from abroad from 150 EUR.

Payment methods

We accept payments in advance on our bank account and Paypal payment (www.paypal.de). When transferring via Paypal, you can pay with major credit cards, direct debit, Giropay and Sofort. Please select the desired payment method during the ordering process. When paying by Paypal, you are protected by Paypal's buyer protection. Commercial customers have the opportunity to purchase on account in the online shop for orders over EUR 35.00 net, payment term: 10 days net. For this payment method, please enter a valid VAT ID number in your existing customer account or when registering. For fax or email orders (processing time 2-3 days) the minimum order value is EUR 100.00 net.

Availability

All items are usually always available directly from stock. After handing it over to the parcel service, you will receive a shipment tracking notification by email.

If we cannot deliver an ordered item within 10 days, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase. We will then immediately refund the purchase price if payment has already been made in advance.

Information about delivery times

The deadline for the delivery of goods begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution when paying in advance, on the day after the conclusion of the contract when paying by invoice and ends at the end of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.
